To the women who think they’re too old, too tired, or that their time has passed…..
You were never meant to fade away—you were meant to lead. The patriarchy lied to you. It told you that your value was in your youth, your productivity, your ability to endure. But the truth? This is the moment you were always meant for. Your wisdom, your experience, your ability to see through the bullshit, to hold space, to guide—we need that now more than ever.
We cannot do this without you. The younger generations are waking up, yes. We are breaking cycles, yes. But there are things we do not know—things we cannot learn from books or the internet. We need your lived wisdom, your stories, your presence. You are the torchbearers. Without you, we are moving forward without the full map.
And no, you do not have to be physically strong. You don’t need to hustle. Your power isn’t in your body—it’s in your presence. In your words, your discernment, your ability to guide. You have already walked through fire. You have already done the hard part. Now it is time to sit in your power and speak.
This world was not built for you to thrive in. But this new one is. You were raised in a world that told you to be small, to sacrifice, to stay quiet, to make yourself useful but never too visible. That world is dying. And now, for the first time, you get to step into a world where your presence is valued. Not for what you can do, but for who you are.
If you have breath in your lungs, your work is not done. You are not too old. You are not too tired. If you were, you wouldn’t still be here. Life is not done with you yet. You have something to offer, something to teach, something to share.
So if you don’t know how to step into this role, start showing up. Start speaking. Start sharing what you know. Let the younger ones gather around you. Let yourself be seen. Your time is not over. Your time is NOW.
We are waiting for you.
