Today is all there is….

This is a time of mass awakening

The shifts are palpable

And can feel both illuminating and isolating and everything in between

This time is meant to be one of deep introspection and revelation

We at being called to places and depths we’ve ignored and avoids for fear of being abandoned and obliterated

Thanks to the inter-generational trauma, indoctrination and intentional destabilization and disconnection from ourselves, Spirit, one another, Mother Earth, our humanity

If you think you have been spared this indoctrination and disconnection, I assure you as a human living on planet earth at this time, you have not

If what I’m saying stirs something in you, good….get curious about that

If you interpret my words as an attack or as something foreign and therefore feel the need to demean or diminish what I’m saying, good…..get curious about that

If you hear this and it resonates, good…..get curious about that

We are all seeking connection and understanding in a time when that can feel fleeting and shallow or activating answers confusing because we are often unpracticed in simply being present with what’s stirred in us—this is the work

To witness what arises without judgment

To sit with discomfort without rushing to fix, deny, or explain it away

To recognize that the resistance, the charge, the ache—these are invitations, not obstacles

We are in a collective unraveling, a shedding of illusions, a remembering of what has always been true beneath the conditioning

It is not easy

It is not comfortable

But it is necessary

If you are feeling the weight of this shift, you are not alone

If you are questioning everything you once believed to be solid, you are not lost—you are waking up

Let yourself be with what is stirring in you

Let yourself feel

Let yourself remember

This moment is asking us to show up—raw, real, and willing to reclaim what was hidden

To root back into truth
